These terms govern your use of Beatwire on the web and in our apps. By using Beatwire, you agree to them.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your credentials secure, and give us accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old to use Beatwire.

Acceptable use

• Don’t break the law, infringe others’ rights, or publish content you don’t have the right to publish.
• Don’t misuse the service — no attacks, scraping beyond the documented API, or attempts to disrupt it.
• Respect the terms of any sources you monitor and any platforms you publish to.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create and publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (store it, process it, display it, and send it to the destinations you choose). You’re responsible for the content you publish, including AI-assisted drafts you review and approve.

AI features

Beatwire uses AI to help draft and summarize. AI output can be inaccurate — review it before relying on or publishing it. You are responsible for what you publish.

The API

If you use the public API, use it within the documented limits and don’t abuse it. We may rate-limit or revoke keys to protect the service.

Availability & changes

We work to keep Beatwire available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — we’ll change the date above for material changes.

Disclaimers & liability

Beatwire is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any).

Termination

You can stop using Beatwire and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
